Advanced Trial Tactics Seminar Given through National Business Institute

Ford and Britton partner Scott Britton recently presented a continuing education seminar through the National Business Institute. Mr. Britton was part of the faculty presenting an advanced seminar on sophisticated courtroom strategies for experienced and aspiring attorneys. The seminar focused on opening statements, direct examination, cross examination including of experts effective exhibits courtroom technology and summations and jury instructions.
