Stephen A. Kolodziej is a founding partner in Ford & Britton, P.C. and has practiced as a civil trial and appellate attorney in Chicago since 1993. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense and commercial litigation. He has experience in all aspects of trial and appellate practice with an emphasis in professional negligence, contracts, employer’s liability and employment discrimination, civil rights and constitutional law, insurance coverage, products liability and related litigation.
